Bedeinkatzeko astirik barik! Bueno, gure amak beti bedeinkatzen ditu. Eta San Blasak egindako azukrea iaztik bedeinkatuta egotea ere posible da. Argazki batzuk jaso ditut hemen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Errezeta gurean, masa bat egiteko (guk bi egin ditugu bi dozenarekin):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dozena bat arrautza.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 kilo irina. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>36 kutxarakada azukre. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>36 anis tanta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Royal, hiru sobre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 gramo gurin edo margarina.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Zuringoa egiteko: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3 zuringo (aurreko dozenari kendu dizkiogunak). <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400 gramo azukre. Fin-fina. Guk Thermomixean haustu dugu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Eta kontuan izateko aholku ez zientifikoak. Geure gauzatxoak: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Orea egiterakoan ez urtu gurina. Hotza ere ez. Ikusi irudia, zatiak ikus daitezke.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arrautzak hozkailutik aterata? ez. Epelak hobeto, bestela anis tantak gogortu daitezke.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arrautzak ez nahastu batidorarekin.
